Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Manager/Project Lead for residential and renovation projects at Ubi, Singapore.

The role oversees daily site operations, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures progress against schedules in a permanent capacity. The candidate should have 5+ years in construction project management, 2+ years in landed housing or major renovations, and be proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project, and Google Workspace.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Architecture, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience.
Minimum 2 years in landed housing, rebuild, major renovation or A&A projects.

Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations including demolition, piling, structural works, architectural finishing, and MEP works.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, materials, and workforce to meet schedules.
Act as main site contact for clients, architects, PE, design teams, and QS teams.
Develop and monitor project schedules, identify delays, and implement recovery plans.
Review drawings, specifications and site conditions; raise RFIs and resolve discrepancies.
Track material usage, support progress claims, and manage variation works.
Coordinate authority inspections and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (BCA, URA, PUB, NEA, SP).
Ensure safety compliance through risk assessments, permits, SWP, toolbox talks, and reporting.
Manage site environment matters and address noise, dust, and other concerns.
Conduct progressive inspections, manage defects rectification, and ensure quality before handover.
Lead in-house workers and foremen to meet targets.
Perform other duties as assigned.
