HUA RONG ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate and supervise subcontractors and in-house workers on civil projects, ensuring compliance with project scope and drawings. You will monitor progress, maintain records, and liaise with safety personnel to uphold Workplace Safety & Health standards.

The role requires at least 3 years in civil engineering, Mandarin language skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset to deliver quality workmanship on time.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of civil engineering work experience.
• Mandarin speaking and written is essential knowledge due to coordination with Chinese client and project team.
• High pro-active attitude, self-motivated, team player, strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work.
• Co-operate with safety personnel and ensure adherence to Workplace Safety & Health at all times.
• Assist PM and Project Engineers on the daily execution of permanent and temporary works such as road diversion, drainage and pavement work and etc.
• Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
• Ensure that work is executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship with observation of strict deadlines.
• Perform safety, equipment, materials routine inspection.
• To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
• Attend daily toolbox meeting and convey clear instruction accordingly.
• Maintain and update work progress records, housekeeping and prepare reports.
• Responsible for materials and manpower planning usage at site.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned day to day.
