Job summary

TRISTAR E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily activities, progress, and planning for Ground Improvement works. You will coordinate with departments, work with the main contractor, and ensure safe, proper on-site execution.

The role requires independent work under tight schedules, strong meticulousness, and good communication skills to maintain accurate progress reporting and records.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Computer Science Engineering or equivalent.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedule.
• Meticulous and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the daily site activities, progress & planning for Ground Improvement related works.
• Overseeing the daily site activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programmes.
• Coordinate with different departments concerning the site work activities.
• Work closely with main contractor, highlight any work-related matters for team's discussion and solutions.
• Supervise works on-site for proper work execution and safety.
• Handle any engineering/technical issues.
• Prepare daily progress reporting and maintain records that are up to date.
