Job summary

HS-CM ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil Engineering professional to supervise subcontractors, assist the Project Manager in planning and generating shop drawings, and coordinate with consultants and authorities in Singapore.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude. Overtime weekends/public holidays may be required to meet project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Foundation works experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to meet daily schedules.
• Assist Project Manager in planning and monitoring construction activities and production of shop drawings.
• Liaise with consultants and authorities on technical matters.
• Monitor and coordinate the work of subcontractors and supervisors.
• Coordinate inspections of civil and structural works.

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors works to achieve daily work schedules and to ensure compliance with specific requirements
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and monitoring of construction activities and production of shop drawings
• Liaise with relevant consultants and authorities on technical and engineering matters
• Monitor and coordinate the work of Sub-cons and Supervisors
• Coordinate the inspection of Civil and Structural works

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Preferably with working experience in foundation works
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of AUTOCAD
• Independent, diligent and highly motivated with excellent team spirit
• Willing to work overtime including weekends and public holidays when necessary
