Lide Builders Pte Ltd is seeking a diligent site supervisor to plan, implement, and monitor work schedules across multiple sites in Singapore.

You will assist the Project Manager in daily coordination, liaise with suppliers and subcontractors, and prepare site program charts for management review. The role requires 1-2 years of relevant civil/construction experience and strong communication.

This is a full-time on-site position offering growth opportunities within a dynamic construction team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building Construction with 1-2 years of site experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to interact with all levels professionally.
• Willingness to learn and progress in construction projects.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement and monitor work schedules for all sites.
• Source suppliers/sub-contractors for smooth site operation and resolve on-site issues.
• Assist the Project Manager with daily coordination and planning on site.
• Liaise with relevant parties involved in project work.
• Prepare site program charts for management review.
