Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Site Engineer to oversee civil and structural works on upcoming office projects, with a focus on coordinating site activities and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications.

Based in Singapore, the role is a 5-day workweek (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm) with potential half-day Saturdays depending on project needs; salary ranges from SGD 3,800 to SGD 5,400 monthly and training is provided to support career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
• Willingness to work on-site at office/project sites.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• To coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on the shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of the latest changes.
• To attend to project / technical meeting and resolve site issues with owner / consultants in order for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
• To verify the work done on site are in accordance to the approved drawings / specifications / authority’s requirement and also ensured that the subcontractor carry out rectification for non-compliance.
• To resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractor / supplier ASAP in order to minimise delay to the construction progress.
• To ensure that the related documentations are updated and ready for ISO audit.
• To cooperate with the safety department and carry out the assigned duties within the safety framework.
• Assist site management team in project Planning & coordination.
• Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submission for Conquas, RI, TOP etc.
