Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Engineer to join our civil construction team in Singapore.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.30pm, with Saturday half-days possible depending on the project, and OT eligibility. You will coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on shop drawings, samples and method statements, ensuring all parties stay updated with the latest changes for smooth site progress.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structure Engineering.
Willingness to coordinate with consultants and subcontractors.
Ability to attend project/technical meetings.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with consultants / subcontractors on shop drawings / samples / method statements and keep all involved parties updated of latest changes.
Attend project / technical meetings and resolve site issues with owner / consultants to progress the project.
Verify on-site work against approved drawings / specifications / authority requirements and ensure subcontractors carry out rectifications for non-compliance.
Resolve site issues with consultants / subcontractors / suppliers ASAP to minimise delays.
Update related documentation and ensure readiness for ISO audits.
Cooperate with safety department and perform duties within safety framework.
Assist site management in project planning & coordination.
Arrange and prepare documents for authorities’ submissions (Conquas, RI, TOP).
