Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is recruiting a Project Engineer to join our site team in Singapore. You will lead and coordinate projects, manage resources, schedules, budgets, and client relationships to deliver results.

Requirements include a degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of project management experience. Working location is Site (Not confirmed). Salary ranges SGD 2,800 to 4,500 per month.

Qualifications

• A bachelor-level degree in civil/structural engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience.
• Site-based role in Singapore; working location to be confirmed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate new and existing projects by managing resources, schedules, budgets, and client relationships to deliver successful project delivery and business growth.
• Manage overall project execution by coordinating manpower allocation, project requirements, and meeting attendance to ensure timely progress.
• Prepare, discuss, and report project schedules, cash flow, and budgets to management for informed decision-making.
• Track and report weekly project completion status to monitor progress and identify risks.
• Forecast and report monthly project revenue, expenses, and key performance metrics to support financial planning.
• Define and assign project roles to team members based on project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
