Job summary

RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site, ensuring works meet drawings, specifications and schedule.

The role requires reviewing drawings, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress and safety, preparing documentation, and assisting planning to keep projects on time and within budget. Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of site engineering experience is preferred, ideally with an A1 main contractor.
• Good knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and on-site coordination.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site per drawings, specs and schedule.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams.
• Review construction drawings and provide technical support to resolve site issues.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and site safety requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specs and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and maintain site documentation, progress reports, inspection records, and submissions.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, material coordination, and manpower allocation.
• Identify and resolve construction issues in a timely manner.
• Support the Project Manager/Construction Manager to deliver on time and within budget.
