• Submit architectural samples, shop drawings, and related documents to consultants or authorities.
• Coordinate and monitor site work progress through inspections and project meetings.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
• Develop procedures, detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to support project requirements.
• Plan monthly work schedules and set productivity targets to meet project timelines.
• Conduct Material Take Off (MTO) and manage List of Materials (LOM) to track project progress and resource usage.
• Verify technical specifications for adequacy to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Identify product quality issues, document them, and implement corrective solutions to maintain quality standards.

Job Summary

• Submit architectural samples, shop drawings, and related documents to consultants or authorities to ensure compliance
• Coordinate and monitor site work progress through periodic inspections and project meetings
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project execution
• Develop procedures, detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to support project requirements
• Plan monthly work schedules and set productivity targets to meet project timelines
• Conduct Material Take Off (MTO) and manage List of Materials (LOM) to track project progress and resource usage

Required competencies and certifications
