Job summary

Hi-Tech Engineering & Constructions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a C&S Site Engineer to plan and supervise structural works on building and infrastructure projects, coordinating daily site activities to achieve progress, quality, budget, and safety targets.

You will oversee excavation works, coordinate on-site operations, mobilise resources, and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITE in Civil Engineering or Building is required.
• At least 3 years of local relevant site experience.
• Singaporean/PR preferred; RES registration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise excavation works and trial trenching per drawings and specs.
• Coordinate daily site activities to meet progress and quality targets.
• Mobilise workers and resources to complete projects within budget and schedule.
• Ensure excavation works comply with workplace safety regulations.
• Monitor safety practices with main-contractor safety personnel on site.

Education

Diploma/ITE in Civil Engineering/Building

3 years local relevant experience

Registered- RES (preferred)

Job Summary

The C&S Site Engineer plans and supervises structural works for building and infrastructure projects, coordinating daily site activities to achieve progress, quality, budget, and safety targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise excavation works & trial trenching works as per construction drawings and project specifications
• Coordinate daily construction activities on site to meet project progress with Maicon/client representees
• Mobilise workers & other required resources /machinery to complete projects within budget and scheduled timelines
• Ensure all excavation works comply with relevant construction regulations, including workplace safety and health standards
• Monitor & follow up with main-con safety personnel to comply safety practices on sites

Qualifications & Experience

• Min Diploma or ITE in Civil Engineering/Building
• Min 3 years local relevant experience
• Prefer Singaporean/PR with relevant qualification & experience
• Registered- RES (Registered Earthworks Supervisor) preferred
