Job summary

WEIMA BUILDERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineering professional to support project management by coordinating meetings, submitting drawings, and monitoring site progress to ensure quality construction projects.

Key duties include coordinating on-site and off-site meetings, reviewing and submitting drawings, and maintaining strict adherence to project standards and timelines. Experience with ISO 9001 understanding is beneficial.

• Proven ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project manager in coordinating on-site and off-site meetings to resolve technical issues effectively
• Submit architectural samples, shop drawings, and related documents to consultants or authorities to ensure compliance
• Coordinate and monitor site work progress through periodic inspections and project meetings
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate project execution
• Develop procedures, detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to support project requirements
• Plan monthly work schedules and set productivity targets to meet project timelines
• Conduct Material Take Off (MTO) and manage List of Materials (LOM) to track project progress and resource usage
• Verify technical specifications for adequacy to ensure compliance with project standards
• Identify product quality issues, document them, and implement corrective solutions to maintain quality standards
