Job summary

SINWAH-APAC CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site Engineer/Project Coordinator to lead planning and coordination of construction projects in Singapore.

You will report to the Project Director/Project Manager and liaise with consultants, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure timely, quality works in line with schedule and contract specifications. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience with Main Contractor/Builder in the related field.
• 6 days work week.
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree Certificate, Diploma in Construction management or equivalent.
• Out-spoken with presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate projects as Site Engineer/Project Coordinator.
• Report to Project Director/Project Manager.
• Liaise with Consultants, Sub-Contractors and Vendors to ensure smooth progression and timely completion of quality works in accordance to schedule within required regulations/contract specifications.
• Prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients.
• Monitor project costs including variation works.
• Ensure workers adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate and work with other departments and Vendors.
• Ensure all Quality Documentation is implemented and maintained.
• Manage project and ensure successful completion as well as hand over of projects to the Clients.
• Other Duties as assigned by Project Director/Project Manager

Job Description:

• Expanding Main Contractor looking for Site Engineer/Project Coordinator to be in charge of planning and coordination of projects
• Report to Project Director / Project Manager
