Job summary

JDA WMS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Site Supervisor to coordinate and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site. You will supervise subcontractors and workers to ensure works follow approved drawings, method statements, and work schedules, while maintaining accurate site records.

The role requires reading construction drawings, strong communication, and the ability to monitor multiple site activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in building, civil, infrastructure, or general construction projects.
• Experience coordinating site activities with subcontractors.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to monitor multiple site activities and follow up on outstanding works.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Supervise subcontractors and workers to ensure works follow approved drawings, method statements, and work schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of ongoing works.
• Identify site issues, defects, or delays and report them to the relevant project personnel.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and work sequences to support smooth site operations.
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal departments on site-related matters.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, progress updates, and other required documentation.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with project quality standards and workplace safety requirements.

Requirements

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to monitor multiple site activities and follow up on outstanding works.
• Able to work effectively in a site-based environment and coordinate with different project stakeholders.
