Job summary

TOP SKY CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Site Coordinator to help manage civil projects in Singapore.

You will prepare construction work schedules, review method statements and risk assessments, and coordinate drawings for approval. You'll assist with procurement, monitor site progress, and liaise with subcontractors and project teams to ensure safety and on-time delivery. Mandarin speaking candidates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and site coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.
