SMART ATS PTE. LTD. is seeking a site coordination professional to prepare schedules, review method statements and risk assessments, and coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors and suppliers.

You will monitor progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and safety standards. The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in a related field, strong communication and organizational skills, and willingness to work on-site in Singapore.

• Diploma or certificate in civil engineering, construction management, building technology, or related field.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor site progress to ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, work schedules, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of construction drawings, Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and site coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or site coordination.
• Experience in preparing construction documents, submitting drawings and materials for approval, and monitoring project progress.
• Familiarity with construction procedures and site safety requirements.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and project teams.

• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Willing to work on-site and support daily construction operations.
