Job summary

Honrise Solutions Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee daily site activities, coordinate workers and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed on schedule and to the required quality.

You will lead on-site operations, read drawings, monitor safety, and maintain records while communicating clearly with project teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience supervising construction site activities.
• Ability to read construction drawings and understand work sequences.
• Knowledge of construction methods, workmanship and site safety practices.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site operations and allocate work to construction workers.
• Coordinate with the Construction Manager, engineers and subcontractors on schedules and site requirements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and explain work requirements to the site team.
• Monitor workmanship and ensure construction follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Track daily progress, identify delays and report issues to the Construction Manager.
• Arrange manpower, materials, tools and equipment for scheduled work.
• Conduct daily briefings and reinforce site safety procedures.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure workers use appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Identify unsafe conditions and escape incidents or hazards promptly.
• Maintain daily records of manpower attendance, work progress and material usage.
• Coordinate inspections, rectify defects and support project handover.
