AH BOON CIVIL ENGINEERING & BUILDING CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a Resident Technical Officer to oversee construction projects in Singapore. You will review drawings, supervise site activities, ensure safety compliance, and coordinate work to align with approved plans and standards.

The role requires Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering, registration as RTO with IES/ACES, and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil & Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
Registration as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES.
At least 3 years of relevant experience; NCCS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Review and verify all drawings and specifications to ensure construction aligns with approved plans and standards.
Supervise construction activities on site and report progress accurately to stakeholders.
Enforce construction safety protocols and coordinate work among site teams to maintain a safe environment.
Identify and report discrepancies, non-conformances, and irregularities promptly to the Project Manager or Employer.
Perform additional project-related duties as assigned to support successful project delivery.
Utilize MS Word and Excel to update and maintain comprehensive project reports.
