Job summary

FU AN CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to plan and supervise work schedules, update daily status to Planner, and attend daily coordination meetings.

You will work closely with the Planner to plan future activities, manage daily activities, monitor logs, schedule overtime, enforce safety rules, requisition materials, maintain equipment, and oversee on-the-job training while ensuring safety and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience in site planning and supervision.
• Ability to update daily work status.
• Good communication for daily meetings.
• Knowledge of safety rules and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise site work schedule.
• Update daily work status to Planner.
• Attend daily coordination meetings.
• Work with Planner to plan future activities.
• Monitor daily logs of subordinates.
• Schedule overtime during peak periods.
• Enforce company and government safety rules.
• Requisition materials and stock replacement parts.
• Maintain equipment and surrounding areas in good condition.
• Oversee on-the-job training of probationary workers.
