Job summary

OHM UNITED CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a site supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations and coordinate subcontractors on active projects. You will monitor progress against schedule, ensure safety and quality standards, and support site management tasks.

The role requires coordinating with consultants and clients, maintaining records, and resolving on-site issues as they arise. This position is based on-site in Singapore and involves active supervision of field staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of site workers and subcontractors.
• Plan daily work activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor site progress and report any delays or issues to the project manager.
• Enforce workplace safety and health practices in compliance with MOM regulations.
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to technical specifications and drawings.
• Conduct toolbox meetings, site briefings, and daily inspections.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.
• Maintain proper documentation, including daily reports, site diaries, and attendance records.
• Coordinate deliveries of materials and proper storage on-site.
• Assist in resolving technical issues and site conflicts.
