Job summary

AH BOON CIVIL ENGINEERING & BUILDING CONTRACTOR in Singapore is seeking a capable site supervisor to oversee drivers, operators, and general workers, ensuring equipment maintenance and adherence to the construction programme.

You will support the Project Engineer, coordinate on-site activities, and ensure safe, compliant work. Candidates should have BCSS, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and a Class 3 driving licence is preferred. Strong communication and initiative are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of site construction experience.
• BCSS certificate required.
• Class 3 driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• To supervise Drivers, Operators, General workers and maintenance of equipment at site.
• Assist and support Project Engineer in handling and monitoring smooth progress of project.
• To ensure and carried out site work in accordance to construction programme safely.
• Must be familiar with all roads, drainage, sewers and all other infrastructure construction.
• To carry out all site works issues and ad-hoc duties when instructed.
