Job summary

CSC Enterprise (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable site coordinator for residential building projects in Singapore.

You will report to the Project Manager and oversee both structural and architectural works on site. The role requires a diploma in civil engineering or building architecture, at least three years of on-site experience, and familiarity with BCA CONQUAS, Quality Marks, and safety practices. You will liaise with clients, authorities, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress

Qualifications

Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Architecture or related field.
Min 3 years of working experience in residential building projects.
Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site work.
Coordinate and oversee all Structural / Architectural works on site.
Monitor and coordinate the works with subcontractors and handling suppliers and sub-contractors problem on site.
Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works.
Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site.
Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work.
Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk.
