Job summary

Hua Leong Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor for civil and architectural works on ongoing projects in Singapore.

You will ensure inspection activities follow the approved inspection and test plan for structural works and liaise with RE/RTO on related records. You will monitor daily concreting activity, maintain drawings, plan work with senior engineers, and supervise subcontractors to meet schedule and quality targets.

Qualifications

Experience reviewing drawings and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain structural drawings and update prints to FOR CONSTRUCTION.
Coordinate with engineers and foremen to plan work schedules.

Responsibilities

Carry out inspections as per inspection & test plan for structural works.
Submit daily concreting activity summaries to RE/RTO.
Monitor and supervise Foreman for quality and workmanship.
Coordinate with M&E and Architectural departments for clearances before casting.
Monitor site programmes and report progress to Senior Engineer.
Ensure safety and proper maintenance of equipment.
