Job summary

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research services, seeks a Site Activation professional to support feasibility, site activation, and maintenance activities across studies. The role involves coordinating with the Site Activation Manager, Project Management, and other departments to ensure documentation and timelines are met.

The ideal candidate has a Life Sciences degree and 1–3 years of clinical research or healthcare experience, with strong regulatory and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life sciences or related field.
• 1–3 years’ clinical research or equivalent experience.
• 3 years’ healthcare environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SPOC for feasibility, site activation and some maintenance activities. Work with SAM, PM and other departments.
• Prepare and review site documents for completeness and accuracy.
• Track progress and execution of regulatory, ethics, CDAs, IP release documents.
• Update internal systems and project plans with site-specific information.
• Ensure contracts are fully executed and timelines are met.
