Job summary

Wanco Manpower Pte Ltd is assisting our client in Singapore to recruit an Associate Equipment Engineer for the Singulation process in the North Region. The role requires hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of Singulation equipment, with a focus on Hanmi machines, and participation in setup, qualification, and continuous improvement activities.

The incumbent should be capable of independent troubleshooting across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems and willing to work 12-hour

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on equipment maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with Singulation equipment, preferably Hanmi machines.
• Knowledge of tooling design is an advantage.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment maintenance and technical support for Singulation production operations.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and recover Singulation equipment, particularly Hanmi machines, to minimize production downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance, equipment inspections, and calibration according to established schedules.
• Support machine setup, equipment qualification, and release for production.
• Analyze equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor equipment performance and support continuous improvement activities to enhance OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and equipment reliability.
• Maintain equipment maintenance records and collaborate with Production and Process Engineering teams.
