Job summary

Wanco Manpower Pte Ltd client in the semiconductor sector seeks an Associate Equipment Engineer - Singulation Process in the North Region. The role covers maintenance, troubleshooting of Singulation equipment (Hanmi machines), preventive maintenance, and setup for production.

Will collaborate with Production and Process Engineering to improve OEE and reliability. Requirements include a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years hands-on experience with Singulation

Qualifications

Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering required.
Minimum 2 years hands-on equipment maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
Experience with Singulation equipment, preferably Hanmi machines.
Strong ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and machine systems.

Responsibilities

Provide equipment maintenance and technical support for Singulation production operations.
Troubleshoot, repair, and recover Singulation equipment to minimize downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections and calibration per schedules.
Support machine setup, qualification and release for production.
Analyze failures, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Monitor performance and participate in continuous improvement to enhance OEE, MTBF, MTTR.
