Job summary

Wanco Manpower Pte Ltd is seeking a Technician / Associate Engineer for our semiconductor client in the North Region. The role involves hands-on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a 12-hour rotating shift schedule.

This permanent position requires NITEC or Diploma qualifications in relevant engineering fields and readiness to work in a cleanroom environment.

Qualifications

Experience in semiconductor manufacturing preferred.
Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
Comfortable working in a cleanroom and wearing PPE.

Responsibilities

Perform equipment maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
Support machine conversion, device setup, and production line sustaining.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and support equipment evaluations, qualifications, and New Product Introduction (NPI).
Assist Process Engineers with recipe setup, process qualification, engineering builds, yield improvement, and productivity enhancement.
Collect engineering data and troubleshoot process-related issues.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Process, QA, Automation, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
