Job summary

Inicio Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Tax Manager in Singapore to lead corporate tax compliance, advisory, and client management for SMEs and growing businesses.

You will work closely with business owners and senior management, providing practical tax guidance while developing your technical and leadership capabilities, including mentoring junior staff and collaborating with other professional teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Taxation.
• 6–8 years of relevant Singapore corporate tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Corporate Income Tax, ECI, Form C‑S/Form C.
• Experience in tax compliance with exposure to advisory matters.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and managing client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage Singapore corporate tax compliance and advisory matters for SMEs.
• Review tax computations, ECI, Form C-S/Form C and other filings.
• Provide practical tax advice on planning and restructuring.
• Handle IRAS queries, audits and investigations.
• Review tax positions and identify risks and optimisation opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, including owners and senior management.
• Guide and review the work of junior tax professionals.
• Support development of additional advisory opportunities within the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Corporate Secretarial, Accounting and other teams on client matters.
• Contribute to improvements in tax processes and adoption of technology.
