Job summary

RecruitPlus Consulting Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead the Tax Services Department and drive high-quality compliance, advisory and consulting services. This leadership role is part of a succession plan to eventually assume the Tax Director position.

The role requires guiding tax strategy, mentoring staff, expanding the client portfolio and partnering with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years' Singapore tax experience.
• Big 4 / established mid-tier background preferred.
• CA Singapore / ACCA / SCTP Accredited Tax Adviser preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of Singapore corporate tax, personal tax and GST.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and commercial acumen.
• Only for Singaporean and Singaporean RP.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firm's Singapore tax practice across corporate income tax, individual income tax, GST and related filings.
• Review complex tax computations and filings for accuracy and compliance with IRAS regulations.
• Provide tax advisory on restructuring, M&A, cross-border taxation, transfer pricing and incentives.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate, SME, multinational and high-net-worth clients.
• Mentor and develop tax staff; recruit and retain top talent.
• Oversee department operations, profitability and quality control.
