NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced network support professional to monitor and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure in Singapore. You will troubleshoot incidents, perform Level 1.5 support, and configure routers, switches, VLANs, and routing protocols.
The role requires 2-5 years in network operations, familiarity with BGP/OSPF, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and hands-on experience with multiple vendor equipment. CCNA is preferred and exposure to SD-WAN or cloud networking is a plus.
Formación
- Diploma or degree in IT, computer science, network engineering or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in network operations/support.
- Hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies.
- Familiarity with BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor and support enterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot network incidents and perform Level 1.5 support.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, VLANs, and routing protocols.
- Execute network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and vendors.
- Maintain network documentation and operational reports.
