MiRXES in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development professional to drive revenue across clinics, hospitals, and retail channels. You will lead territory planning, close opportunities, and grow key accounts while building distributor partnerships and engaging KOLs.

Responsibilities include CME event planning, customer success initiatives, and collaboration with marketing to develop compelling sales materials.

Qualifications

• Tertiary educated with relevant business exposure.
• Preferably 2 years in medical sales.
• Experience in KOL management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to navigate ambiguity with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with standard software for sales materials and presentations.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop and close sales opportunities across clinics, hospitals and retail channels.
• Recruit and manage distributors and partners; set targets and KPIs.
• Engage Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders to strengthen brand advocacy.
• Plan, organize and deliver CME talks, workshops, and product launches.
• Provide after-sales support and drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct market research and advise on pricing and positioning.
