BVNK is seeking a Head of Risk for Singapore to lead risk management for BVNK's Singapore entity and support growth and regulatory footprint across the region. You will report to the VP, Group Risk & Governance and provide independent oversight, ensuring a robust risk framework, appetite, KRIs and reporting, while embedding a strong risk culture across the business.

This role collaborates across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Product and Operations and engages with regulators to manage evolving risk

Qualificações

• Significant experience in risk management within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore regulatory environment and MAS-regulated businesses.
• Experience developing and maintaining Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Own and oversee BVNK Singapore's risk management framework to meet local regulatory expectations and align with group framework.
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure a scalable risk management approach across the organization.
• Establish risk appetite, policies, and risk management processes for the Singapore entity.
• Lead the Singapore EWRA, ensuring material risks are identified, assessed, monitored and mitigated.
• Develop and embed KRIs and risk metrics to provide visibility of BVNK Singapore's risk profile.
• Provide second-line oversight and challenge to the business for growth, partnerships and changes.
• Ensure risk governance and reporting is in place, with escalation for risks outside appetite.
• Support MAS and other regulators on risk matters and regulatory reviews.
• Identify emerging risks and regulatory developments with mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Group Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime, Legal, Product and Operations to embed risk management across the business.
• Champion a strong risk culture and risk ownership throughout Singapore business.
• Contribute to BVNK's Group risk frameworks and maintain local integration with global approach.
