Job summary

Archetype in Singapore offers a Digital Intern position to gain practical experience supporting digital campaigns for regional and local clients, while learning from experienced communications, content and digital specialists.

Qualifications

• Diploma, undergraduate degree or equivalent in communications, PR, marketing, business, journalism or related field.
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, communications or advertising.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to learn new tools, platforms and ways of working.
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative and receptive to feedback.
• Interest in developing your writing for different brands, audiences and channels.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, ChatGPT, data visualisation or digital advertising platforms would be advantageous, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Help prepare weekly, fortnightly and monthly campaign reports, identifying observations to support campaign optimisation.
• Support content development for social media, display advertising, search, email and other digital channels.
• Assist with digital advertising activities, including campaign setup, audience mapping and ad scheduling.
• Research industry developments, platform updates, audience trends and other relevant news to share with the team.
• Support vendor and publisher outreach, including requesting quotations and coordinating follow-ups.
• Conduct research to support campaign planning, client work and new business opportunities.
• Participate in brainstorms and contribute ideas for client campaigns, pitches and internal initiatives.
• Support simple design and content adaptation requests using Canva or Photoshop, where appropriate.
• Complete other project and operational tasks that help the team deliver high-quality work.

About You

What You Do

As an Intern, you will support the delivery of digital campaigns and contribute to the smooth running of client and internal projects. You will:

What You Offer
