Job summary

BVNK Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Manager in Singapore to join our 2LoD Compliance function and help ensure regulatory alignment across the business. You will be a key local partner, developing policies, advising on new products, and maintaining regulatory interactions with MAS and other bodies.

The role requires hands-on experience in financial services compliance, strong stakeholder skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a Compliance or Regulatory Compliance role within financial services, payments, fintech or digital assets.
• Good knowledge of the Singapore financial services regulatory environment and MAS requirements.
• Experience operating within a second line of defence Compliance function.
• Practical experience developing, implementing and maintaining compliance policies, procedures and frameworks.
• Experience interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into practical actions for the business.
• Experience supporting regulatory interactions, submissions, audits or examinations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment balancing regulatory judgement with commercial pragmatism.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the confidence to provide effective challenge.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to building and scaling a regulated business in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Support BVNK’s Singapore regulatory licence strategy and ensure the business meets regulatory requirements.
• Act as a second line of defence partner providing independent compliance advice and oversight.
• Develop, maintain and enhance compliance policies, procedures and controls for Singapore.
• Monitor Singapore regulatory developments and implement required changes.
• Support engagement with MAS and other regulatory bodies, including submissions and examinations.
• Support delivery of the local compliance monitoring and assurance programme and remediation.
• Provide practical compliance advice on new products, services and partnerships in Singapore.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Financial Crime, Product and Operations to embed requirements.
• Support regulatory reporting, governance and documentation with proper records.
• Help strengthen BVNK’s APAC compliance framework as the region grows.
