Job summary

ING Bank's Wholesale Bank Asia internship in Singapore invites curious students to dive into compliance. You'll join the CRO department's Compliance team for a 6-month period, gaining hands-on exposure to policy updates, risk management, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will tackle real-world tasks, support training rollouts, and help maintain the compliance framework while building professional connections across the bank's Asia Pacific footprint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in updating and maintaining local/regional compliance framework/policies, including but not limited to, Individual Accountability and Conduct, and Related Parties Transaction
• Assist in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) rollout for Compliance policies
• Assist in rollout of mandatory Compliance trainings
• Assist the Singapore Compliance team on any ad hoc projects that arises from ordinary course of business
