Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain methods, operating sequences, and processes for fabrication of parts and assemblies.
• Coordinate release of product improvements and new products with other engineering functions.
• Estimate and reduce manufacturing and/or product costs using DFx principles; improve product quality.
• Determine time standards and recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
• Develop and use test procedures, evaluate results and methods; update processes accordingly.
• Identify root causes and corrective actions during assembly or testing; perform PFMEA and produce reports.
