Job summary

Applied Materials in Singapore is seeking a full-time supervisor to lead production and operations teams involved in assembly, testing and final inspection of capital equipment components. You will prioritize schedules, monitor equipment efficiency, and drive improvements in safety, quality, and cycle times.

The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and adherence to customer and vendor requirements while supporting performance metrics and training

Qualifications

• Experience supervising production/assembly operations in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment, capacity and materials.

Responsibilities

• Supervises employees involved in production and/or operation functions related to manufacturing equipment and components.
• Prioritizes production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity and materials requirements.
• Participates in operational meetings and supports performance metrics tracking.
• Ensures conformance to customer/vendor requirements and analyzes cost of quality opportunities.
