You will work on backend services, build automated API tests, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines, collaborating with backend engineers to ensure robust releases. The role emphasizes using AI tools to optimize test cases, generate data, review AI-generated code, and troubleshoot failures in production-ready environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, SWE or related field.
• 3–5 years in QA engineering, SDET or backend testing.
• Strong programming in TypeScript or Python.
• Hands-on API testing with Jest, Playwright or Pytest.

Responsibilities

• Test backend services and APIs for correctness, performance and stability.
• Design and maintain automated API and integration tests for CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with backend engineers to understand architecture, features, edge cases.
• Use AI tools to generate tests, data, review code and troubleshoot failures.
• Build and maintain test environments, mocks and automation tools.
• Investigate production/testing issues with engineers, identify root causes.
• Continuously improve testing frameworks and automation coverage.
