Job summary

WSA is seeking a Simulation Intern to support product development and validation through waterproof and impact testing of hearing aids and components, and to analyse test data. You will correlate results with CFD and mechanical simulations and contribute to simulation methodology development while collaborating with cross-functional teams on innovative engineering projects.

This internship offers hands-on experience in assistive technology within a global company.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student in Mechanical Engineering.
• Familiar with simulation and CAD tools; experience with Vibe Coding tools.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct waterproof testing on parts and hearing aids; correlate results with CFD simulations.
• Conduct hearing aid impact testing; correlate results with mechanical simulations.
• Support simulation methodology and validation projects, including material characterisation.
