Job summary

AMPHENOL FCI CONNECTORS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Signal Integrity engineer to provide support across new product development, engineering, sales, and marketing.

You will plan and execute SI deliverables, including modeling, simulation, and testing, and communicate results via reports and presentations. The role involves working with 2D/3D solvers, SPICE/ADS, and collaboration with product teams to refine concepts into optimized electrical and mechanical designs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years of related experience preferred; fresh graduates with relevant knowledge may be considered.
• Proficient in finite elements simulation of electro-mechanical interconnects.
• Proficient in mathematical derivation and modeling of electro-mechanical parameters.

Responsibilities

• Support New Product Development: model connector structures using 2D/3D solvers and full-wave electromagnetic field solvers.
• Provide SI-related deliverables such as reports and presentations.
• Produce customer S-parameter models and SI measurements/research within promised timeframes.
• Develop technical presentations and reports to support sales, marketing, and product introductions.
• Keep abreast of new SI technologies and competitor capabilities.
