Job summary

Cityline Signcrafts Pte Ltd is looking for a Designer cum QS to join our in-house signage team in Singapore. You will prepare tender and shop drawings, coordinate with architects/contractors, and ensure design intent meets regulatory standards and project requirements.

Requirements include 3+ years in design or coordination within construction and proficiency in Flexi, Photoshop, Illustrator and AutoCAD. Strong drawing interpretation and deadline discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in design or project coordination in construction.
• Proficient in design software such as Flexi, Photoshop, Illustrator and AutoCAD.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/construction drawings.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and finalize all as-built, tender and shop drawings for production.
• Liaise with architects, consultants and main contractors to ensure design intent and materials meet requirements.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure signage design integrates with overall project design.
• Review project specifications and technical documents.
• Attend weekly site meetings to discuss design and mock-ups.
