Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of showroom/retail sales experience.
• Experience with tiles and interior finishing materials is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service-oriented with focus on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide accurate product information.
• Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on sales enquiries in a timely manner.
• Prepare quotations, samples and other sales-related documentation.
• Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and day-to-day sales coordination.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain and organize the showroom's product samples and sample library.
• Receive, check and organize incoming inventory and samples.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth showroom operations and positive customer experience.
