Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is recruiting for a Showroom Assistant to maintain a clean and attractive showroom, manage product displays and provide excellent customer service at the Woodlands location in Singapore.

The role involves coordinating with Sales and Operations, supporting showroom events, and handling basic administrative tasks. Candidates with 1–2 years in showroom or retail environments and relevant qualifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: NITEC or diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in retail, showroom operations, hospitality or customer service preferred.
• Experience in sanitaryware, interior design, building materials or related industries an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Showroom maintenance: keep showroom clean, organized and presentable; manage displays and samples; reset areas after customer interactions.
• Customer reception: greet walk-in customers, direct to consultants, provide basic showroom support.
• Operations & admin: prepare product samples and brochures; monitor supplies; report maintenance issues; assist events and promotions.
• Internal coordination: liaise with Sales, Operations and other departments to ensure smooth showroom operations; perform other duties as assigned.
