Job summary

HICC PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time showroom support team member at Marina One The Heart, Singapore. You will assist customers, manage grooming bookings, support sales, and help run events to create a welcoming environment for pets and their owners.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales, and event coordination with Saturday hours. Only Singaporean citizens can apply. This position offers a dynamic environment within a growing pet-care brand.

Qualifications

• Past experience in retail, sales, reception, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong sales and event-management skills.
• Proactive attitude with a passion for pet care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist showroom customers by responding to enquiries and providing accurate product information to ensure a positive customer experience
• Manage grooming appointments by scheduling, coordinating bookings, and following up with customers to maintain efficient grooming service operations
• Assist groomers with basic grooming tasks and prepare grooming areas and tools to support smooth grooming sessions
• Recommend and introduce pet wellness and grooming products to customers to support showroom sales and assist with cashier duties as needed
• Support showroom events such as dog-owner gatherings, cat-owner parties, and vet talks by providing on-site customer assistance and sales support
• Open and close the showroom, receive and organize inventory, maintain showroom cleanliness and presentation, and perform end-of-day settlements when required
• Communicate effectively and coordinate with team members to ensure seamless showroom and grooming operations

Job Summary
