Job summary

AIMS ADVANCED IDEA MECHANICAL SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Piping/Mechanical Engineer for a short-term contract to support piping projects. You will read layouts and isometrics, evaluate fabrication and installation needs, and coordinate with site teams.

The role requires site meetings, site visits, and proactive problem solving with clients and consultants to ensure project specs are met.

Qualifications

• Singaporean / Singapore PR preferred.
• Strong piping engineering knowledge required.
• Able to read piping layouts, drawings and isometric drawings.
• Knowledge of piping fabrication, installation and inspection.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor piping-related works.
• Coordinate with project and site personnel to resolve technical issues.
• Ensure works meet project specifications and requirements.

Position: Piping / Mechanical Engineer
Contract: Short-Term Contract
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Location: Singapore

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Preferably Singaporean / Singapore PR
• Good knowledge and experience in piping engineering
• Able to read and understand piping layouts, drawings and isometric drawings
• Knowledge of piping fabrication, installation and inspection
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients, consultants and site teams
• Conduct site visits and monitor piping-related works
• Coordinate with project and site personnel to resolve technical issues
• Ensure works are carried out according to project specifications and requirements
• Relevant engineering experience preferred
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively
