Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Visual Merchandising or related field.
• Creative with a strong sense of aesthetics and able to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Self-reliant, motivated and able to prioritise and implement assignments on time.
• Proficient in Macintosh applications, Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Implement brand concepts and plan visual display directions for stores to maximise sales and customer experience.
• Present and communicate product range attractively with market relevance.
• Conceptualise, design and prepare advertising templates, in-store materials, posters and promotional pieces.
• Coach and train retail teams to meet visual display standards.
• Execute in-store activities to optimise sales potential.
• Replenish stock on the shop floor and support sales staff with store operations.
• Offer styling advice and provide excellent customer service.
