Job summary

Motive Force Sports Products (Singapore) P/L is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to ensure premium in-store displays and timely campaign delivery. You will work with the Visual Merchandising team to install and maintain window displays, store aesthetics, and merchandising materials across locations.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, effective communication, and passion for the brand as campaigns evolve with market trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in visual merchandising.
• Solid experience in window display and in-store setting.
• Passion for brand identity and VM concepts.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver shop installation and in-store visuals per VM standards with close VM team collaboration.
• Support daily VM operations for stores, including displays and window setups for campaigns.
• Inform VM team on delivery status of VM materials for stores and plan adherence.
• Stay updated on latest VM trends, marketing concepts, and VM training materials.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Deliver the shop installation and in-store presentation against our visual merchandising standards by working closely with Visual Merchandising team;

• Support the team in daily operations of visual merchandising for stores, storage and movement of in-store and window displays for a timely and smooth campaign delivery at retail level;

• Keep Visual Merchandising team informed of the delivery status of VM materials required for stores, ensuring the delivery of VM plans;

• Be aware of and well equipped with the latest visual merchandising trend, Company marketing campaign concepts, and VM training contents for VM delivery at high standard at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years experience in visual merchandising;

• Solid experience in window display, in-store setting and decorations;

• Be passionate in our brands’ identity and good understanding Visual Merchandising installation and display concepts;

• Strong organization and prioritization skills;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate with colleagues from different functions.
