PaxOcean Singapore is seeking a dedicated HSE professional to ensure operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry codes, while upholding in-house HSE governance standards across yard activities.

The role serves as the primary liaison for operational and HSE system matters, promoting safety awareness through training and initiatives to maintain a healthy, accident-free workplace and help the organization achieve higher HSE performance.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• For non-graduate applicants: At least 4–5 years of relevant experience in the shipyard industry is required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all PaxOcean Singapore operations comply with regulatory requirements and industry codes.
• Uphold in-house HSE governance standards across yard operations.
• Serve as the point of contact for operational and HSE system matters.
• Carry out implementation of HSE Policy and requirements as established within PaxOcean’s Safety Management System.
• Enforce local regulatory requirements from authorities and international best practices on all operations.
• Promote safety awareness and culture through trainings and HSE activities to achieve an accident-free and healthy work environment.
• Assist the organization in achieving higher standard of HSE performance.
• Liaise with external parties and other governmental bodies pertaining HSE matters.

Formation

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Health & Safety
