Qualifications

• Legal qualification (England & Wales) with 4–5 years PQE in international law firms.
• Experience in a broad range of disputes in international trade and shipping matters.
• Experience with wet shipping matters / casualties.
• Attention to detail and strong practical case handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage concurrent tasks and tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; team player with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Assist on both dry and wet shipping disputes and commodities disputes.
• Contribute to dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation work.
• Support cross-border transactions and financing matters as part of the shipping disputes team.
