Shipping Coordinator

Salary: $2,500 – $3,500

Benefits: AWS, Performance Bonus, 10 Days Annual Leave

Location: Tampines

Working Hours:

Mon–Fri: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm

Sat: 8:30 am – 12:30 pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries and shipment bookings
• Arrange and monitor space bookings
• Work with Import/Export teams for smooth operations
• Prepare pre-alerts before shipment arrival/departure
• Update customers on shipment status
• Follow up on special customer requests
• Maintain records and filing systems
• Build and maintain customer relationships

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sea freight forwarding
• GCE ‘O’ Level or above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
